1. Executive Summary
This training aims to strengthen the capacity of SACCO officers and committees to comply with procurement laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Participants will gain practical knowledge on the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA) 2015, SASRA compliance obligations, and recent changes affecting SACCO procurement operations. The course emphasizes practical case studies, interactive discussions, and compliance audits.
