COURSE OBJECTIVE
The objective of this training is to equip SACCO leadership with the knowledge, tools, and strategic frameworks required to:
- Understand the evolving youth market and its financial behaviour
- Identify structural and policy barriers limiting youth inclusion
- Design innovative, inclusive, and compliant youth-focused financial products
- Apply alternative credit appraisal models suited to non-traditional income streams
- Integrate Business Development Services (BDS) as a credit risk mitigation tool
- Develop practical, institution-specific youth engagement strategies aligned with Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) requirements
