Course Title: Compliance, Risk, and Corporate Management in Kenyan SACCOs

Target Group: SACCO board members, CEOs, departmental heads, compliance officers, internal auditors, and supervisory committee members.
1. Executive Summary
This training program provides SACCO leaders with the tools and frameworks to strengthen compliance, manage risks, and enhance corporate management practices. The course focuses on understanding the SACCO regulatory environment, implementing effective internal controls, and developing risk-based strategies for sustainable operations. Through interactive sessions, participants will gain skills to build compliant, transparent, and resilient SACCO institutions.
