Target Group: SACCO CEOs, department heads, branch managers, team leaders, and supervisory committee members.

This course equips SACCO leaders and supervisors with essential leadership and supervisory skills to manage teams effectively, ensure operational efficiency, and drive SACCO performance. It focuses on leadership styles, team management, communication, motivation, conflict resolution, and performance monitoring.
