Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) as a continuous management function requires both internal and external support to ensure assessment of progress made in achieving expected results for efficient and effective management. Projects are monitored so as to: assess the stakeholders’ understanding of the project; minimize the risk of project failure; promote systematic and professional management; and assess progress in implementation. We provide services that address baseline, midterm and end of projects evaluations. Such evaluations spot bottlenecks in implementation, highlight whether there are any unintended effects (positive or negative) from investment plans, programme or project. The reports so provided assist management in projects improvement both on current and future similar projects.
